IEEE Sri Lanka Section Organizational Unit (OU) Leadership Summit
The IEEE Sri Lanka Section OU Leadership Summit, held from 8–9 February 2025, was a two-day residential event bringing together leaders from subsection, chapters, and affinity groups. The summit facilitated discussions on membership development, professional activities, educational initiatives, industrial engagement, volunteer training, and student involvement, ensuring IEEE’s relevance across all membership levels. Leaders collaborated on goal setting, timeline alignment, and execution strategies as unified teams rather than isolated units. Further, governance & operations, the constitution, and local operating procedures were reviewed to align with IEEE’s evolving global framework, ensuring strategic coherence in future activities and leadership development.
