IEEE Sri Lanka Section Awards 2025

The IEEE Sri Lanka Section is elated to announce the opening of Phase II of the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Awards 2025, set to recognize the outstanding contributions for 16 awards under Organizational Units Awards, Special Activities Awards, Individual Volunteer Awards and External Recognition categories.

These accolades will be presented at the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Awards Ceremony held at the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Annual General Meeting 2026 to honour and showcase the projects organised by our dedicated IEEE volunteers that have made a significant impact on the community.

Nomination Process

Nomination for the awards shall be submitted by filling out the online application below. The nominee will have to fill out the nomination form and complete each section in a concise manner

Nomination Period: 23rd of November 2025 to 07th of December 2025

Judging Committee

The Judging Committee will include members from the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Executive Committee and prestigious IEEE Sri Lanka Section Volunteers.

The decision of the judging committee shall be final and cannot be challenged.

Judging Period: 10th of December 2025 to 31st of December 2025

Award Instrument

A certificate & a token of appreciation will be presented.

Presentation

The awards will be presented at the IEEE Sri Lanka Section Annual General Meeting 2026 held in January 2026.

Record

The Awards Committee will maintain a record of award recipients on the IEEE Sri Lanka Section website (https://ieee.lk/awards/)
